Our built environment is constructed, operated, and maintained to support the functioning of our society, in economic, social and environmental terms. The institute for construction- and infrastructure management has the general mission to equip our students to ensure that this happens, optimally. The fulfillment of this mission requires teaching the fundamentals of, and conducting research in, the general fields of construction engineering and infrastructure management.
